Barb began her career with PiE, Inc., in December 2000. Barb has worked the field of job development throughout many of the counties in Northwest Ohio, building relationships with many area businesses and managers. Barb has great expertise in working with individuals through their journey to employment and working with employers in meeting their staff needs. Cherie has had experience with training individuals throughout her careers in retail, food service, customer experience, and independent teaching. She enjoys creating that “Aha” moment with the individuals she is working with. Starting with PiE, Inc. In 2023, Cherie hopes to be able to bring a lot of those moments to our clients.

Jannean, CESP, is a Job Developer and has been with PIE since September 2018. Having come from the Defiance Board of DD, Jannean has many years of experience working with individuals with IDD, focusing on helping them integrate into the community. Jannean works hard to ensure the best job match for both the individual and employer. Jannean has helped many individuals realize their career goals over the last several years.

Allison is a part-time coach who joined the team in early 2023. She helps with job coaching clients and ensures they are able to maintain employment. Allison also helps them advocate for themselves and advocate for them when they are unable to. Her favorite part of the job is watching the progress of those that she works with.

Bailey joined the team in 2023 and is one of PiE’s job coaches. She works with clients in the field and provides different types of support in the workplace. Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and getting to really see how well the clients do with someone they feel safe to interact and be themselves with.

Janet began her career with PiE at its inception in 1996.  Janet has worked at PiE as a Job Coach and Follow Along Provider in addition to her primary duties as Office Coordinator. Although retired, Janet continues to provide data entry services and is proud to be associated with and part of the PiE family.

Linsey has worked with PIE, Inc. since July 1996. She has worked in the office and provided job coaching, long term supports, job development, tutoring, and vocational testing throughout Northwest Ohio. She continues to provide these services when it is in the best interest of the person served. Linsey has a vision for seeing all individuals with disabilities that want to work in the community provided that opportunity. (MS in Statistics, 19 years of related experience)

Roxie Hollingshead

Roxie founded PARTNERS in Employment, Inc. in February 1996. Having worked in the field since the early 1970’s, Roxie was instrumental in bringing Supported Employment services to Northwest Ohio. Roxie continues to monitor services and provide continual training for all staff, whether service provider or office worker, to ensure services are delivered with quality and integrity. Roxie firmly believes in providing an excellent service to individuals with disabilities, their families, counselors, and employers. (3 years studying Education/Business Administration, over 35 years of related experience)

Sarah started coaching for PiE in 2015 before moving to the Office/Billing Support. Her main jobs are Long Term Support/Medicaid billing, Accounts Receivables and Payroll. She helps her fellow office-workers keep things running smoothly and enjoys being part of helping people meet their goals.

She has excellent experience in management and training student groups on the job. Wendy is highly skilled in building rapport with employers and creatively teaching work ethic.

Kristen began her career with PiE, Inc., in September 2005. She came with experience in serving individuals with disabilities and substance abuse issues. Kristen has relationships with employers that spans many counties. Combining her skills as a social worker and experience as a job developer, Kristen provides vocational testing throughout all the counties PiE, Inc. serves. Kristen also manages PiE’s Long Term Supports Program, providing much needed support services to individuals in order to maintain community employment. (LSW, BS in Social Work, over 20 years of related experience)

Helena began working at PIE in October 2013. Her duties started with quality assurance and program evaluation and have evolved to include assisting individuals learn their job tasks. Helena is skilled at educating employers to understand an individual’s strengths and changing a position as needed to use that person’s strengths. Julie began working with PIE, Inc. in October 2012. Having just moved from Kentucky, she quickly learned her duties and has been a huge asset to PIE, Inc. ever since. Stephanie joined the PiE team in 2017. She is PiE’s LTS Program Specialist. She is well versed in working with OOD’s Vendor Portal and authorizations. She also ensures our Long Term Supports Team has vital, current information available to them at all times. Stephanie plays a pivotal role in ensuring our OOD and LTS team is able to provide quality, excellent services to our customers. Stephanie loves working with PiE and in this wonderful, supportive environment.

Brenda has been providing coaching and long term supports with PiE, Inc. since April 1997. Currently, she provides ongoing assistance to individuals with community employment. Providing regular, predictable support each month has helped these individuals maintain community employment for up to 15 years and counting. Amy enjoys this job because it directly helps others achieve their goals, and PiE is happy to have her on the team.
